Sarah Kvist has an impressive resume, her background includes two degrees. She worked as a nurse before getting into energy medicine with a Reiki practice at Constellation Wellness. On top of her career, plus being a mom, she wrote a book - Birth Your Power released late last year, you'll find it on Amazon. It was great chatting with Sarah who was here to tell us more about Squamish Women's Wellness Summit by Loretta Cella.
