The Whistler Animals Galore Society (WAG) has kicked off its Mount Currie ‘Animal Wellness Clinics’ for the 2017 season.

The clinic serves low-income residents in Mount Currie, providing low-cost vet care to those in need. Clinics are for dogs, but if you have questions about cat health or cat spay and neuter surgeries you are advised to talk to WAG staff.

For $25 your dog or puppy will receive a one on one exam with a vet, vaccinations, parasite control, a low cost spay or neuter voucher and a small bag of dog food. The clinics will take place at the Tribal Police office towards the end of each month through October.

Surrenders will also be accepted at the clinics. You can find more details and a schedule here.
