The survey of 2,000 adults revealed common snoring hacks, including: extra pillows, drinking more water, nasal strips, avoiding alcohol, and even taping one’s mouth shut. But do they actually work?  People are willing to give anything a try to stop.   Top proven tips include reducing alcohol, using dilators, sleeping on your side, losing weight, and improving air quality.
